Every piece in the Grail Haus collection is physically inspected and authenticated before listing. We verify stitching, materials, hardware, tags, and provenance against known-authentic references. Items are then authenticated a second time before they ship — so by the time it reaches you, it's been verified twice. If you ever have doubts after receiving your piece, our 30-day return policy has you fully covered.
30 days from delivery, no questions asked. If you receive your item and it doesn't feel right — fit, condition, or any doubt about authenticity — reach out to grail-haus@polsia.app and we'll arrange a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped. Authenticity disputes are always honored, full stop.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. We're based in Atlanta, GA. Local Atlanta metro orders ship free; all other US orders ship for a flat $12 via tracked carrier. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
